Order

It is incredibly easy to shop at keds.co.th. Simply follow these steps:

- Browse through our website and search for your desired product. You can choose to shop by category or by brand.
- Once you have found an item, choose your size and color
- Add the item (s) to your shopping bag and review your order
- Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and complete the order

You have the option of placing an order as a guest or as a registered customer. Although you do not necessarily need to be a member to complete the order, there are benefits that you should not miss out. If you are a registered member of our website, you will be able to:

- Track the status of your orders and review past purchases;
- Manage and edit your address book;
- And most importantly be the first to hear about keds.co.th news as well as our exclusive promotions.

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your shipment. If you are a registered member of our website, you will also be able to track the status of your order.

- If you checked out as a guest, you can also check the status of your order by clicking on the link provided in the order confirmation email.

You can use the discount by entering the discount code at the checkout. Before you use a discount, please check the expiration date as well as the terms & conditions of the discount.

Unfortunately, we cannot apply any discount codes after the checkout has been completed.


Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer FREE shipping. Estimated Delivery Times up to 3 -7 working days

*For rural and remote locations, it may require an additional 1-2 working days.


Returns and Exchanges

Returning a product is easy at keds.co.th! You can return your order within 14 days after receiving the product. If you are a registered member with keds.co.th, you can go to ‘My Account’ in order to submit a return request. If you are not registered on keds.co.th, you can click on the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Please make sure that the product is unused and unworn, in its original packaging, and contains all parts and accessories including any tags, stickers. For more information, please visit our Returns page.

You can return all items that are directly purchased from our website with the exception of the items listed below:

- Socks
- Shoe cleaner
- Clearance items

If the returned product satisfies all conditions, you will be refunded the full amount of the product.

Shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging/returning and sending back the item will be shoulder by the customer.
